The basic purpose of this page is to show the maximum attributes different bonus stats can have on different items.  The list is still far from finished.

The modifiers here, aside from basic stats, are exactly the same for all equipment. To attain maximum value of any stat for equipment, the sell value must be $1950 (65 Drop Rating); To that end, all items have maximum potential, but it depends on a RNG on weather or not you get maximum value for every stat. Drop rating(DR) is linear to maximum stat potential of an item. DR = Sell Value/30; To find maximum potential of any item for a particular stat: Sell Value/30 * Stat Modifier's multiplier.

The values below assume 65 DR or $1950 Sell Value.

The third row defines what the Stat Modifier's Multiplier is for calculating max potential of any item for the aforementioned equation.

Below are the basic stat max values for armor. The values are the same for each slot (helmet, chest, boots).

Weapons[]

For the base values of weapons the first number is the max value at 65DR; the second is the multiplier for calculating base values for weapons of other DR values.

The values are estimates based on what I've observed.

Off-hand[]

Again, here the first number is the max value for the given base stat, while the second number is the stat modifier multiplier for the DR formula I gave previously. These numbers are experimental at the moment, and given that I'm a new player, I've not observed every value for the said stats, these are simply guesses at the max value based on information I know about Luck, Cast Chance, HP & MP, and other modifiers that I know for certain. I will continue to update this as I find more information.
