Rings & Necklaces; Smithing/Enhancing[]
Rings and necklaces have no base attributes (A basic rarity ring or necklace provides no bonuses to any stat). Instead, they possess attribute bonuses similar to other pieces of gear when they are of a rarity higher than basic. When enhanced, rather than gaining attributes specific to the piece of gear, all of their bonuses are improved. This allows for a dramatic increase to attribute bonuses possessed by the gear, especially with epic or legendary rarities.
eg. A ring is looted that has +2 HP and +1 Atk, upon smithing the ring it recieves additional bonuses to the same stats (HP and Atk).
